WELCOME TO POST 10692

Teamwork ~ Leadership ~ Commitment
As yesterday's defenders of freedom, we want to welcome today's military service members into our ranks to become part of our elite group.  Our common bond is the battlefield, whether it is service in the Persian Gulf, Korea, Kosovo, the war on terrorism or peace-keeping expeditionary campaigns. Your courage and sacrifice have made a difference in preserving and defending world peace.

🇺🇸 WELCOME HOME, 510th RSG!

VFW Tower Post 10692 was proud to help lead a very special Welcome Home celebration for the Soldiers of the 510th Regional Support Group (RSG), 7th Mission Support Command, as they returned to Tower Barracks following their nine-month mobilization in Poland supporting missions throughout the Baltic region of Europe.

For our Post, this is what Still Serving is all about.

These Soldiers spent months away from their homes and families, answering the call and serving alongside our Allies and active-duty counterparts. Their mission demonstrated the readiness, professionalism, and commitment of our Army Reserve while helping strengthen security and stability throughout Europe.
But today wasn't about the mission—it was about welcoming our Soldiers home and bringing them back together with their families.

Tower Post 10692 was honored to provide refreshments and a little extra hospitality for the approximately 150 Soldiers and Family members attending the celebration. With drinks, snacks, homemade treats, root beer and coffee floats, and plenty of smiles, our goal was simple: make sure these Soldiers and their families knew how much their service and sacrifice are appreciated.

We couldn't do events like this without our volunteers, community partners, and fellow VFW members who continue to step forward whenever there is an opportunity to serve.

To the Soldiers of the 510th RSG: Welcome Home! Your service matters. Your sacrifices matter.
And we're happy to have you back home with your families.
